This is the worse place I ever see in my life. I went to this clinic for brow tattoo, but I shocked with everything, don't respect the client time, don't care about the result of their job, don't care about customer satisfaction, the person who did microblading for me called Shar, she don't respect the time and I always wait for my appointment for long time and sometimes she is saying do a reschedule because she spent my appointment time with the client before me and she has someone after me and she ask me to come in the other time.
Was able to be seen the day after I called for a medical ENT appointment. Professional care. Would highly recommend!
she asked if I breast feeding and I told her that I don't and she start to do that. she did my brow first time and after healing the color gone completely. second time I went for touch up after finishing by 15 minutes when I went outside I saw unevenness and there is spots she didn't fill it then I came back for her and she said I will do it for you today at 2pm then I came at 2 and wait for more than an hour and she didn't come, then she said wait for another 15 minutes, then also didn't com. after that I told the girl in the front desk that I can't wait more and I will go home and do another appointment in another day and the girl said okay and sorry for that. after healing there is no color at all. when I did the appointment with her she said I will do unevenness and the thickness and I have her messages to prove that. but when I went for this appointment she said you have to pay for that. that was her mistake she suppose to do it in the same day but she didn't come. then I told her there is no color at all but she don’t care she said she has a contract with catalyst to do two times tattoo regardless of the result! she said that maybe because your body metabolism! how I know if it is my body metabolism, maybe she is using bad product or she is doing a bad job. I came to this spa to it is name and I didn't know she has a contract with them and she is not care about the client and the result. when I told her that I will write a review she said: write anything you want I don't care because I have a contract with catalyst to do 2 times regardless of the result and they can't do anything!!!. I am so sorry for the money I spent there and sorry that I went to this place even.
I've had Shar microblade my brows. I am so in love with the results! I have naturally very light eyebrows, so maintaining them can be quite difficult. Shar did an amazing job. So sweet and so kind. Highly recommend!
I have had the absolute best service and experience from Shar. I went in for eyebrow tattooing and I couldn't be happier with the end result. She has done an amazing job and continues to make me feel beautiful every time I come in for an appointment. I would recommend her to everyone!
I had permanent makeup, eyeliner top and bottom done here. Sharlene Miller was who I went to. She did a great job. She made me feel very comfortable, talked me through the process and how the inks are different from what was used 10 years ago. My favorite part in seeing her other work is her artistic skills. I knew she had the technical skills but seeing her artist ability is what sets her apart from others in this field. Thank you Shar!!!!
