she asked if I breast feeding and I told her that I don't and she start to do that. she did my brow first time and after healing the color gone completely. second time I went for touch up after finishing by 15 minutes when I went outside I saw unevenness and there is spots she didn't fill it then I came back for her and she said I will do it for you today at 2pm then I came at 2 and wait for more than an hour and she didn't come, then she said wait for another 15 minutes, then also didn't com. after that I told the girl in the front desk that I can't wait more and I will go home and do another appointment in another day and the girl said okay and sorry for that. after healing there is no color at all. when I did the appointment with her she said I will do unevenness and the thickness and ( I have her messages to prove that). but when I went for this appointment she said you have to pay for that. that was her mistake she suppose to do it in the same day but she didn't come. then I told her there is no color at all but she don’t care she said she has a contract with catalyst to do two times tattoo regardless of the result! she said that maybe because your body metabolism! how I know if it is my body metabolism, maybe she is using bad product or she is doing a bad job. I came to this spa to it is name and I didn't know she has a contract with them and she is not care about the client and the result. when I told her that I will write a review she said: write anything you want I don't care because I have a contract with catalyst to do 2 times regardless of the result and they can't do anything!!!. I am so sorry for the money I spent there and sorry that I went to this place even.
I always have a great experience at Catalyst. The staff is so welcoming and I am absolutely love my treatments! I recommend the SkinPen. Jen did such an amazing job and I’m excited for my next one!
Shar did my permanent eyeliner and I LOVE it!! She was super sweet, thorough and did exactly what I asked. Shar educated me on the next steps, which when followed the outcome is fabulous
I wanted a person that I felt I could trust to do a good job and felt comfortable to work on my eyes. The moment I met Shar I knew my experience would be great. I highly recommend Shar!
I went to this clinic for brow tattoo, but I shocked with everything, don't respect the client time, don't care about the result of their job, don't care about customer satisfaction, the person who did microblading for me called Shar, she don't respect the time and I always wait for my appointment for long time and sometimes she is saying do a reschedule because she spent my appointment time with the client before me and she has someone after me and she ask me to come in the other time.
I had an appointment last week with Shar to have micro blading on my eyebrows. Shar was amazing! She paid close attention to detail and listened to what I wanted and needed to reconstruct, define and cover gaps in my eyebrows due to hair loss and over plucking. I am looking forward to my second appointment to fill in where it might be needed and I am so excited to wake up in the morning and not have to reshape my brows. The micro blading strokes look like real hair. I highly recommend making an appointment with Shar for your semi permanent and permanent make up or any of the wonderful Catalyst team for any of your other procedures you might want done. --Lynn
Not impressed. On the Friday before my appointment I called Catalyst and asked them roughly how long my appointment would last and how much it would cost. The guy told me about an hour and around $300-$400. I agreed. My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived 20 minutes prior to 8 as I was told to. When I checked in, the computer systems were down so the receptionist wrote my information down. This included my name, what doctor I was seeing, what I was seeing the doctor for and my debit card number. At 8:20, I went up to the receptionist desk to ask when I would be seen. She said shortly. Not even 5 minutes later someone came and got me and took me back to the room. When the doctor came in she asked where they were taking stitches out... I said you got the wrong person. So they moved me to a new room. A new doctor came in and checked me out and said I would need to schedule another appointment to get my procedure done. This appointment was 5 minutes long. But the guy on Friday told me it would take an hour. HMMMMMM. Nothing was even done and my bill was $188.00.
