Left alot of spots unwashed, soap left on hood. When i pointed it out, employee told me : " get the f__ out of here". Girl behind desk was rude.
WORST customer service ever!!!!! The crew was only interested in getting out of there. Truck was left with many uncleaned spots and when I wanted them to attend to getting it right, the leader mocked me in front his whole crew and told me to come back when another crew was there or to take my business elsewhere. I never got what I paid for. I like to keep my business local but I am going to Blue Beacon from now on! I know the people they have to hire at Northstar aren't very high quality.,.But they need to be trained on the importance of customer service or this business will not stay in business very long
Nice Truck wash. Awesome job. Friendly. Can actually speak English. Reasonable priced.
They always do a real good job managers and employees are nice I've never had a bad experience there
