I've read some of the other reviews and you can judge the employees for yourself when you visit, but I personally don't mind a rough looking crowd. Those guys work hard to make my car shine. I couldn't care less about what they do in their down time.
Was very busy when I went to Don's but was satisfied with how quickly the lines went. What I wasn't so satisfied with was when it came out of the wash there were still soap suds on it plus I noticed when I was back home that it didn't get all the muddy water spots off.
Every time I go to Don's my car comes out gleeming. I used to work at a full service wash so I can be a little picky. I've never been let down here. The staff isn't always eager for a handshake, but they work like machines and it shows. For a $25.00 wash they vacuum and wipe down the inside, as well as remove all trash and rinse down your mats. Not to mention the outside is clean and DRY when you leave. It's worth the cost. Also if you are turned away by a long line during peak hours, don't be! There's a reason Don's is always packed and it's because you pay for excellent service.
Sometimes are better than others. Last time I was there for example they didn't wipe down the entire vehicle inside or out. Basically though it's pretty reliable.....
The place is packed. Probably because there are no other options for this type of car wash. I paid for the interior to be cleaned and half of the car was not done. Poor vacuuming job and dash wasn't wiped down. I also noticed when I returned home I had a scuff mark of some sort high on the side of the fender of my brand new car that wasn't there before.
Watch your car progress through the wash in the comfort of the convenience store. They also do a nice job on the interior.
