I had the most professional guy, Jake check me in. He made me smile while sharing stories of flying. Then a week later when returning the car the two employee's (I can't remember their names) were bright eyed and all smiles. This was the best rental car experience I've had in the last 10 years!
I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Fargo for a 17 Day road trip through the West. I was new to Enterprise, but an Enterprise Plus member, and the service from the manager there was excellent. In fact, they did not have the car that I wanted so they upgraded me one category to a BMW X – 3. This was a superb car for a 2000 mile road trip and I had no trouble with it at all. Although I often rent from Hertz, they significantly beat Hertz's price, and even gave me a significant discount beyond that for my rental period. Great service guys!
