My son, from out of town, ordered a birthday cake. Somehow, the order was lost. However, the lady in the bakery, made us a cupcake cake on the spot and then discounted the price. The result was the cake we had ordered and it was done in only 35 minutes.

I've had 3 workers at this Hornbachers location make fun of my disability in the past. 5 other times have been treated rude & unkind. I know why this problem exists, its because when I've reported their behavior in the past nothing was done or they said it was my fault. Thus leading up to the teasing of my disability. What's scarier is that when we reported this behavior to the very top (who were 2 woman), we were told those three workers were only playing a game. I still go there but not as much. Also I've learned to forgive those 3 workers also the store.
