Apparent business focus is "sales". Phoned to set a service appointment on a warranty issue. Was referred to McLaughlin's by the manufacturer (keystone). After waiting a couple days for a call back from Rachel (warranty person) I called them again. Rachel could not talk to me but did get a follow-up call from another saying they only could do 'springdale' warranty work. Apparently Keystone doesn't know who will do warranty work on their vehicles????? If u r considering buying an RV from someone, do yourself a huge favor and find a dealer who is just as happy to help out when you have a problem as when you write the big check. Not feeling that here.
I'd like to thank everyone at McLaughlins for taking such great care of us,we had an issue with our new camper and they made sure it was fixed right and service was always in contact with us.
My husband and I were in the store looking for an RV and we ran into Doug. We were just starting to look for an RV to meet our families needs and Doug was super helpful and knowledgeable on the different styles. When we're ready to purchase we will definitely be heading back to McLaughlins to see Doug!
We really appreciated working with Doug. He was honest and upfront about everything and besides that he was very knowledgeable about so many different campers. He was patient to show us around more than once and we looked at several every time. Doug showed us all the details and was patient while we pondered different scenarios. We would go back to Doug again in a heart beat. He was knowledgeable about so many details as well as help us think about financing. He patiently went out to the location to see our camper and discussed trade in. Doug is a great guy
Buying at McLaughlin's was a great experience. Natasha, our sales person, was knowledgeable and fun to work with. The Jayco line is top-shelf and Natasha made it obvious how its features are superior to the other products we were looking. Maybe a little more expensive, but well worth it!
