I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon. I paid for expediated "Second Day Service". It is Wed of the next week and I have still not received my merchandise. I went back to their website to check on their shipping and had to LAUGH OUT LOUD! Here are the choices you can pick from: Standard Shipping, which says will take up to 10 days. Second Day Service which says will take up to 5 days and Overnight Service which says will take up to 4 days!!!!! Are they kidding??? Why call it Second Day service or Overnight Service then?? I paid $10 extra for 2nd Day service which is now almost 6 days later. Glad I didn't pay the $15 extra for "overnight"! This has put an extremely bad taste in my mouth for this store and I will not be recommending it to any of my friends.
I would probably rate it better if the staff was friendlier. We do buy a lot of clothes here, and their seasonal sales are pretty good.
