Large pot-holes that cause damage to vehicles. Management increase rent and no improvents seen. Highest fees for lot rent in the area. Very difficult to work with management.
Have lived here for 10 years, every year the rent has increased, there has been no improvements to the "community" as they call it. OOps, they did patch a "few" holes here and there on some of the streets, every spring these same holes and more pop up, not just small holes, deep wide holes. Rules are enforced for some, not Staff is extremely difficult to work with. NO GARAGES Can be built, when we moved here we were told they could. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING OR MOVING HERE!!! Our modular has shifted and moved several times due to the way they anchored it, we are now having PROFESSIONALS coming to do it the right way. Because of all the negative comments people have heard about Buena Vista we have been unable to sell our modular in which we were asking 10,000 less than what it is worth, and has been completely updated with all new floor covering, fixtures, appliances, wood blinds ceramic walk in shower plus many more. It also is not police patrolled.
The office personnel were great. The roads were horrible with ruts and holes, and quick tar cover ups. Tar Is hard to get off a car. Kids were running in the streets. I wouldn't get a place here
Staff was unfriendly and hard to contact, even snooty. We were looking to buy cash outright. Their loss.
