I love the people, love my place, anyone with a less then 4 star review more then likely weren't in commination with MGMT on the issue.
It's got a pool and exercise room that's cool
Absolutely no problem with them. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Rent is decent. All utilities covered. And a passable pool and workout room. My apartment had brand new carpet and appliances. The management was super friendly and down to earth. I had a heck of a time moving in but that was the movers fault. The office completely understood as long as you explained what was going on and kept them in the loop. There are a lot of rules here but it just makes the living environment in my case. if your quite and want to live in a quite environment then I suggest moving here. It's in the heart of town and close to everything.
The management is extremely rude and hard to work with. They continuously barge into your apartment without your consent. The apartments themselves are old and many things are breaking, but don't expect it to be fixed in a timely manner (one issue took 6 months). After living there for a short time black mold was found in one of the bathrooms, which they tried making us pay for. Also, don't expect to get any of your deposit back and any infraction of their rules result in huge fees. Save yourself the trouble and don't rent here, you will regret it. I sure did.
My daughter has lived there now for over a year and the Management needs to go to some Customer Service Training. They are horrible and so rude and ridiculous to deal with. They need to update and repair doors and the carpet is so shabby and the pool and sauna are not working more than they are. She is looking to move soon and get away from there. One would think that Adams Development would do a better job of taking care of their tenants. Just a horrible experience, as bad as Van Raden!!!!
