This is where we got Zippy at! Our big gray and white tuxedo kitten, who grew up to be a handsome boy! Owners are great!
Diseased rabbit died within a couple of months. The fur was matted and I found a maggot the day I got her. Disgusting place and I had to watch my rabbit yelp and die in pain. I hope you guys get sued or go out of business.
Absolutely love this store. We got our 2 puppies and couldn't be happier. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every question we had. I would recommend Pets R Inn to anyone.
Have sold puppies to them a few times and had great experience. Puppies flew out of store and didn't last for more than to days. But the last two times have been different. They wanted them but then when came down to 7 weeks they didn't want them. This time I has called them and they would take them but not before shots, and had to have them for a week. Because they had older puppies that spread parvo in store and was cleaning that out. So I took puppy for shots, waited week, called Shaun back and we'll he would take but would only give first amount talked about and nothing extra for vet expenses. Then when I said something about it the puppy was 10 weeks and then he did want him. Just think this is not good business.
I have two pups from this store! They are great with the animals and truly care about their well being. They are acknowledgable and want what's best for the animals. Not many people understand the pressure the staff is put under to make sure the animals go to the right home, make the costumers happy and make sure the puppies are healthy. This store does a great job!
