Very clean and more than one bathroom location. We love the recliners! Being able to reserve seating online or at the theater takes away the stress of hoping you will get a good seat. I think it is a little too loud though. I've worn earplugs and that cuts the sound down to normal for me.
Would be nice if movies had extended time that the theater workers could let us know so we are not confused. Thought we went to the wrong room at first but Pixar decided to add on another short movie before the one we were going to watch. Cocoa!
So I tried ordering tickets on the Marcus theaters app on my phone and it told me the transaction failed three times. Yet I was charged still and told that nothing could be done and I'd be out 65 bucks for the week until the charges fell off my account. But the manager [Robert] at the box office was nice enough to get us the tickets for our movie free of charge and told me they would remove all three charges. He said the app has being doing this a lot lately and that they have submitted a claim to fandango to make sure it's fixed. Just wanted to say thank you for making things right and addressing the issue.
Good service, clean theaters, however pricey food. But what is new? Everyone knows movie theatre snacks are expensive. Overall a good movie viewing experience.
First time to enjoy this awesome theatre and watched father figures. The seats are so comfortable and the staff are all about good service.
