Knows the product and how to do things but the whole staff is very clumsy when it comes to customer service. They walk around and react to each other like they are in a library. No attempts to say Hi or ask me if anybody is helping me. They just did their thing tbinking somebody else was helping me without bothering to notice that nobody was. Simply saying Hi to your customers goes a long way. Was disappointed and frustrated that in this day and age you can still walk into a place and they can't manage common courtesies like that.
They came over this morning to fix the front door lock on the house I'm selling. He was concerned that the key in the lock box would work - I love that he was paying attention to details! He also fixed a lock on another door that had jammed that I hadn't known about, even though it want in the original work order. Great customer service!

Today I had a great experience with Curt's Lock and Key! My car ignition jammed after a hard day at work and I finally got it to start. Headed over to Curt's Lock and Key and even though it was almost closing time Ben and Shawn squeezed me in and saved the day! They stayed late and fixed my car so I didn't have to worry about how I was going to start it again. Thanks guys so much for helping a me out today! I would give 10 stars if it would let me!
