Went in to buy alcohol for the evening while staying in town. I had to take my daughter in with me, since I am a responsible parent. Spent 15 minutes in the store, picking out quite a bit of booze. When I went to check out, the clerk asked for both me and my daughter's ID! She's 16! They refused to sell me alcohol since my daughter was a minor. It seems ridiculous that I cannot buy my alcohol because I am trying to also watch my child. They informed me that this was ND law, but when I informed them I did not know this because SD does not have these laws, they were still rude to me and refused to sell to me even after I sent her to the car. Lost my business!

This is my go to one-stop-shop for all liquor while I am in the State. Amazing selection and prices.
Spacious. Solid selection of spirits to fit all budgets. I don't drink wine but find their wine section to be above average in size. Beer selection has grown continuously over the five years I've been shopping here. Fargo's craft beer scene is very young but Happy Harry's has done a good job to help cater the expanding tastes of Fargo's beer drinkers. Top breweries from around the country like Founders, Stone, and Deschutes are all present and abundant here, among many others. There's also a rotating tap selection for growlers and refills that can be sampled on site.
Great selection with good prices. Their sales always offer something new to try without breaking my bank.
