The best agencie we've ever had better than farmers and great north insurance
Terrible experience with this company! Since day one if I was a couple days late, they were calling me and wanting 2 months in advance. Felt like I was being harassed. I was late a few days( I never went past a month) and they cancelled me with no warning and I didn't even know! They are polite but I believe they are not true to customers, not willing to help out and go that extra mile to help customers and making them feel good instead of putting extra charges and threatening to drop you if your a few days late, poor customer service and I switched companies and got a better price and I pray I don't have to put up with all the stress just to have car insurance ever again. I've had car insurance since the age of 14 and never ever had to go through this kind of stress and I did not handle it well either. I would not recommend this agency to nobody. A lot of undue stress which I can live without!! I hope this agency learns how to work with customers instead of putting you out there without insurance when you think you are covered! NEVER AGAIN!!
I have been through a few companies and agents, and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. They work well with me! I am paying half of what I did at other insurance companies! They have great rates!
