One star is too many but can't enter no stars. I've been there a couple times and had decent service, but I must not be a valuable customer. I rarely go to the mall but I stopped by on Tuesday 10-4-16 at 9:35 am because most retail locations are open at 9am. The mall was open and the overhead mesh gate was closed at Visionworks. I asked the two people working there if I could pick up my glasses that were supposedly in stock. They both told me "No" because they open at 10am. Poor service and I'll never go back.
I really prefer this place more than Sanford's eye place. At sanford I felt talked down to by the doctors, but here I feel comfortable asking questions. They let me have the time i needed to learn how to put contacts in. A much less intimidating experience at the mall than going to the hospital. I really like Visionworks.
