I have been seeing Dr. Stegmiller for several years now and highly recommend her for family medicine/pediatric care. She listens, thoroughly examines, and does not hesitate to make a referral if she and/or you feel it's appropriate.

I love this place. they all know me by name. I don't even have to check in, I just walk in and say hi and they check me in haha. everyone is so nice

Have limped into this place multiple times, to receive no help at all. Finally, last appointment with the supervisor of family medicine where I asked to receive help for chronic pain I was having fell on deaf ears. The next day I was fired from my job. I tried to change doctors calling Sanford North and was then transferred to this doctor's nurses, feeling like I was not receiving any care for both my health, nor as a person seeking my own caring doctor not having a choice. Then I filed a complaint against the doctor only for a week later to receive a phone call from the director of family medicine, chastising me and completely ignoring my complaint against the care I received in his department. If you go here, you'll be treated like meat in the meat grinder, and NOT treated like a person.

I met my doctor for the 1st time today and I'm half way through my pregnancy. My doctor has just had her own baby and I mistakenly thought that she might be more sympathetic and understanding to my situation but I was tremendously wrong. I am struggling with severe depression and have missed just a couple days of work due to symptoms being so strong I couldn't bear to go to work and going to a walk in clinic proved to be not only wasteful but also expensive. My doctor only told me that I should speak with my place of work and that "if every woman needed a note for a couple days while pregnant with severe symptoms then no one would ever work." As though I was just making up excuses. Do not go here. Or at least choose a doctor more suitable than Erica Lea Argall. I've been struggling with the concept of giving my baby girl up for adoption after birth and at the clinic I was given car seat pamphlets about the appropriate car seat to take the child home in, but I won't be. Even if I wanted to take her home I would be juggling multiple jobs, I wouldn't have the appropriate preparedness and would have to resort to government assistance. I have had extreme emotional reactions and have contemplated suicide but it falls on uncaring ears and will continue until it's too late. I haven't had a regular doctor to be able to seek advice and counsel from except for a stream of phone nurses who belittle my situation. Erica Lea Argall has it all and doesn't understand what it's like to have these circumstances. She told me that she can't accommodate a couple days of sickness due to my work possibly not giving me a full 12 weeks off from work after birth. At this rate that won't be a concern since I won't have a job anymore because of those missed days prior. I cried and excused myself. She had the audacity to ask if I still wanted to stay and hear the baby. Good for you doctor, you have it all... in the meantime though, learn to place yourself in a patient's shoes.

I can't give it one star because I got the bare minimum I came for, but the whole time, you feel like you aren't wanted there. The staff talk to each other over you and don't tell you what's going on or where you're supposed to go. Providers seem like they want to get you in and out really fast and explaining what medications I'm on is always a struggle because they say they have the current ones on file, but somehow they're always outdated by a year and I have to tell them again and again. One of my medications is a controlled substance and they treat me like I'm just trying to get drugs even though I've been on it since I was 15. And every time the system doesn't work I get a skeptical, "if you're on it, why isn't it showing up?" as if I'm making it up. I'm going to start looking into private practices because Sanford is terrible.

Thankful for this clinic. The staff are great; the nurses in family medicine know me by name AND remember my specific health stuff even though I am only there a few times a year.
