Never a bad hair day when going to Innovate Salon Academy. I always get a great cut & color!. Eric did a fabulous job last time I was there.
I'm so disappointed not only in my experience but my cut as well. I have been going to salon schools to have my hair cut for years and I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that I received on my visit. The student who cut my hair was extremely rude. Barely talked to me, yelled across the salon for an instructor, and carried out conversations with their peers about things I did not need to know about. On top of that another student said someone had lost $40 dollars cash and the student cutting my hair claimed it. After they claimed it they said to me, 'I didn't lose that money, but people are so dumb I mise well benefit from it'. Needless to say I was appalled and sat through the rest of my cut in shocked disbelief. To make matters worse I styled my hair today after washing it and the back is absolutely horrible. The layers will not blend and there's a distinct line between the shortest layer and the longest. I understand that students need to learn and mistakes will be made but coupled with a terrible experience and the fact that I left the salon feeling awful I had to say something.
Upsate: I called in and explained what happened and they redyed it for for free. They were super nice about it and it looks wonderful

Eric did a good job, but requires improvement and guidance on hair cut with scissors
I was just there with some friends and I asked for an all over color that was light brown. I have dark hair so when she used bleach I wasn't at all surprised. She gave me highlights. Don't get me wrong, it looks good. Just wish it was what I asked for
