Never in my life have I encountered service less satisfactory. The door was locked upon the time of our reservation and no one was there to let us in. When we called the number given to us there was no one to answer the phone and help. When we confirmed our reservation with the owner a week in advance, they assured us that we were on the list. Apparently not. If I could, I would leave a zero-star rating. Too bad that isn't an option....
The service was horrible. When they finally called me back about forgetting my reservation they informed me they had decided to take the day off instead of honoring their commitment. Safe to say I was incredibly dissapointed.

We were scheduled to take family photos and the Spirit Room completely forgot about our reservation. -10° and 10 people waiting for someone to unlock the door. They didn't get back to us until hours afterwards to say they had totally forgotten we were coming and offered nothing to make up for it. Looks like a great venue, too bad we'll never know.
