Tochi's led the way since 1971 by the late Will Hoaglund and now co-managed by his talented sons; Gabe and Joe. Hopefully we proceed with the quality and caring that was all about; Tochi's Products and Specialty Foods. Will was a great counsel and mentor for many that heeded his call, his passion for everyone that came into his front door.
Cool, family run, alternative, whole foods type store with a little coffee shop setup in the back. It's very laid-back and ascetically pleasing. They have products you are unlikely to find too many other places. Such as Native Smudge Sticks (I saw sage, but there were others), a wide variety of fresh herbs (brandless, not prepackaged big company), whole foods, home brewing/wine making supplies, and other natural products. It's a unique experience around town, I recommend a look see.
