Was so glad that we were able to see the Cristmas tree on it's way from Montana to DC. That was probably a once in a lifetime event!! Stopped at McDonald's to get some breakfast while waiting. Not a good experience. Think it was a manager that was yelling at her employees. Took 20 minutes to get our order, coffee & bacon, egg & cheese.
Showers were horrible and looked like they only throw in fresh towels after each use. Shower had no soap, toilet was filthy, sink had hair in it, mirror was so dirty that you couldn't really see a reflection and the floor was sticky (think god for flip flops). I don't understand why it's so difficult for people to do there jobs and for managers to check to make sure there employees are doing there's. I understand that cleaning showers after truckers isn't really a job to write home about but YOU applied for that job and if you didn't want to clean showers then get off your ass and find another job....
This is a clean and friendly place. Could do better at keeping fuel area's clear of snow and ice..
The shower was dirty and not to the LOVES standard at all. The walls were not clean and there was no soap in the shower area which indicates how trough the cleaning crew have been when they forget to fill the SOAP box in the SHOWER room. It was a horrible experience to say he least.
McDonalds and subway in this loves. Nothing special about this place. Your average loves, no complaints.
