When i called originally the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and informative. He was the reason I recommended this place. The director that was then going to be handling the preparations for my love was very cold, calloused and down right rude! They ended up recommending another mortuary to handle the procedures that needed to be done and I'm grateful that I don't have to worry about dealing with this woman again.
What a caring group of people! I can not begin to thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and giving in our time of need.
