I have been a customer of Shotwell Floral for many years. It is such a great feeling to walk in the front door and be greeted with a warm hello and a smile. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful - I find that they go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I am looking for. Recently purchased bouquet of flowers for one of our team members birthdays. Selection on their website was great and the order was delivered way faster than I expected after placing our order. Everyone was very friendly and overall great experience, will definitely be using again!
Asked for a simple favor over the phone. Wanted to know what kind of vase they'd make a succulent plant in. Lady talked down to me, as if I was a burden for even calling and asking something of this sort. Sorry that I want to know what I'm paying for! Told her many times just say yes or no, but she went around in circles. Said she couldn't help me with this because she's too busy. Wow!
Ordered an arrangement a day in advance and requested AM delivery. I called after 11:30 to confirm my order as they had not yet arrived. The name was confirmed and I was advised they would still be there today and were probably going to be there soon. I wouldn't have been as disappointed if I didn't have to call again 3 hours later to find the order was lost and wasn't going to be there on the requested day after all. Pleasant to speak with over the phone, but not a great experience overall ordering for delivery ~
Beautiful place to find gift's, wonderful selection of flower arrangements, nice selection of plants. Price's are moderate to high.
