The dentist, as for most, is not something I get overly excited about going to. The second I stepped into Concept Dentistry I instantly felt at ease and my guard was down. With a very modern office that has amazing technologies and a dental team that was friendly and knowledgeable it made me feel very comfortable. My perception of the dentist was upgraded which was hard to do. I appreciated their honest feedback on the work that I needed to have done, it felt like a partnership and I was excited to work together. I'm definitely an advocate for this local business and I recommend that everyone get the same experience I had.
I am one of those folks that have Very Sensitive teeth! My mouth has to be Totally numb (which means much stronger than Novocain) to just get my teeth cleaned. Anything past that, more than likely will have to be asleep. It is a challenge to find the right kind of caring dentist to deal with patients like myself. I am grateful to have found the dentist that comes on Tuesdays here at this office. I have had my teeth cleaned 2 times and have not been disappointed at all. They are very considerate, caring and go to great lengths to make me feel comfortable.
They are very nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and they explain everything they do in detail. The building inside is very clean and up to date. I would definitely recommend Concept Dental.
Concept dentistry is the place to go. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and great to work with. They make your dental experience fun and educational. They take the time to see what concerns you may have and give you options to choose. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like family with being professional at the same time. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends!!
