I went in to the store to return an online purchase within a week of receiving the product. The store associate was so kind, but she told me that she wouldn't be able to refund the money back to my card, she would have to give me a visa gift card. What sense does that make? I told her I'd rather have it back on my card, and she kindly called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. The customer service woman on the phone was very rude in telling me that it simply isn't possible to get the money back on my card, so my only options were an in store exchange or a visa gift card. I'm a huge online shopper, not very smart of BBW to make it so difficult to return something purchases online. Although I love their products, Bath and Body Works just lost my business unless they get this sorted out.

Jill came up to me as i was looking around, unsure if i was going to purchase. Jill with excellence customer service, stated conversation. Asking how my day has been. Asking if i have a favorite scent. I told het i tend to buy the same stuff. She asked what i did. I told her, i work with kids. She brought me over to try a few different lotions. 2nd choice screamed at me.
I went to B&BW this past Monday. I was greeted by two associates immediately, with friendly sincere smile.
Worst place to work they don't give you many hours and if you do get hours you get no breaks
they often check and make you a priority and see if you need help with anything.
I enjoy this shop every time I go for some hand soap restocking.... best smelling soap ever!
Took away flexibility on a travel coupon. Now the $5.00 coupon is only good on $5.00 travel products--which only a few were available. Use to be able to use the $5.00 plus pay the difference on other travel products. Why the change?
