These are not Baristas. They must have been recruited from the DMV! Worst service ever! I bought three $25 mugs and wanted two of them with pikes. That's all I wanted. They filled it up so far that when I put the lid on it the coffee splattered all over the counter and all over my Coach purse. Now I'm usually very understanding about these things but she didn't even grab me a towel. She grabbed two towels for the counter while the coffee soaked in to my Coach. Then she charged me for the two pikes! I know I may be from Vancouver Washington but when a customer spends over $75 on mugs they get a free coffee! Especially when she's carrying most of it out soaked into her Coach purse. If there were a no
Perfectly fine Starbucks. Great place to get a coffee if you're starting the long drive across North Dakota.
I was running late getting here and the employees where amazing. They were so glad to help us. I couldn't have been more greatful. I will be coming back here more often and I live out of town! Thank you so much.
Everytime I try to go to this location is a worse experience than before. The baristas are unhelpful and flat out rude. They refuse to make drinks you can get made by name at other locations in town. I drive to moorhead when I want starbucks, because 13 ave fargo is the worst.
