The first time I came here, I received excellent service, literally for free. This first experience was fantastic, but my most recent visit was exceptionally poor. Needless to say, different employees were present in these two occasions. Today, I went in hoping for some bicycle advice, but the person at the desk couldn't quite answer my question properly (he was likely new, can't blame him) but then, this man stepped in and disrespectfully told me I couldn't expect to have my bike fixed before everyone else, and I had to wait in line. I was not even there to have my bike serviced. Upon kindly telling this man I did not intend on cutting in front of all other bikes that were being serviced, he literally WALKED AWAY. Sorry to use all caps there, but that can't be understated. This was very disappointing to me, as I had previously received excellent service here, but clearly this was not the same crew. I hope they treat their next customer with much more attention to detail and respect, instead of assuming the worst of their patrons, and literally turning their back on a customer. As for the guy who helped me patch up an old bike for free here last spring, I greatly appreciated your service, and you're awesome.
Great local shop with numerous brands of bikes, skis, and accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable in many areas. Friendly staff, great service, and fair pricing (sales are awesome).
Chris, Sean and the other guys in service answered all my questions and kept my old bike going until Big Mike helped me find the right fit and price on a replacement. Thanks for all your help. Great team!

I am cycle touring on the on the Northern Tier route with my friend from west to east. We stopped in for a link on a chain. These guys treated us like royalty even though we spent $2 there. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and understood touring. Best shop we have stopped at in 2000 miles of traveling. If you are riding through Fargo or live here, use these guys for your shop.
