Tax pros is great! Devon and his staff are wonderful to deal with. My only complaint is that Devon didn't take over ownership sooner!!

Absolutely horrible! They have a bunch of hidden fees that are subtracted from your tax return check. They have a wonderful way of ripping you off. They say you signed the sheet that tells you about these charges, but you don't have a copy of it yourself. And then when you confront them, they say that you are the only one who has complained and that they don't care about losing one client. Well, in this day and age of computer technology, word spreads fast, so they are going to lose more than one client. I'm sure there are more people out there unhappy with their service, they just haven't come forward. I would definitely not recommend them unless you are hoping to lose money to them in their hidden fees.
